William Thomas “Tom” McElhinney, Jr.,Class of 1966, age 66, passed away on Sunday, December 15, 2013 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Ft. Thomas, KY. Mr. McElhinney is survived by his life companion, Debbie Mallory of Ft. Thomas, KY; sons, William T. (Esther) McElhinney, III of Columbus, MS and James L. (Laura) McElhinney of Brooklyn, NY; daughter, Emily (Jeremy) Stansell of Beaufort, SC; grandchildren, Kate and Shannon McElhinney and Hudson and Anna Claire Stansell; brothers, Bob and Mark McElhinney; and sister Ann Kirlin. His brother, Peter McElhinney preceded him in death. A memorial visitation will be held on Thursday, December 19, 2013 from 6 PM-9 PM at Highland United Methodist Church in Ft. Thomas, KY. A memorial service will be held at 1 PM on Friday, December 20, 2013 at Highland United Methodist Church in Ft. Thomas, KY.
