Died October 4, 2017 in Midlothian, VA. Tom is the father of two children, Kevin and Sara Elizabeth Reed. Thomas retired from VDOT in Highway administration. He attended Richmond schools and graduated from Greenbrier Military School with the Class of 1964. He attended Louisville College.
A graveside ceremony was held at Dale Memorial park in Chesterfield, VA.
